Snoops and Figs at junior ring dance :-)

This is Ken and me at my junior ring dance.

This picture was taken just before we left for the dance -- aren't we just handsome looking group??  I think so :-)  Poor Kenneth started to blink . . .

This is my best friend Lei Li (aka Snoops) and her was-boyfriend Jon.  Jon moved to San Francisco two summers ago - so the lovely couple is no longer together.  But don't worry, they're still good friends.

Okay, here we are again . . . Ken and I at my junior ring dance - that was an interesting night!

This is a photo taken by my mom while we were waiting for Ken and Jon to show up. Boy is this a funny story . . .

Okay here goes . . . This is the story as it was related to me by Ken . . . On that fine day last year in May, Ken was suppose to pick Jon up and meet everyone at my house around 5:30 so we'd have enough time to make our reservations at the restaurant.  Well, in that picture there are only 4 of us because we were still waiting for Jon and Ken to show up -- boy were they late!  Apparently Ken forgot to pick up my corsage so he had to take time before picking up Jon and stop in at a story to grab one.  If that weren't bad enough, when he arrives at Jon's house, Jon comes out but leaves Lei Li's corsage in his house.  No big deal except he didn't have keys!   So as Lei Li would say, the "boys"  had a rough time finding another corsage on such short notice.  Also, they called us from the road and I asked Ken why he was so late.  Do you know what he told me?  Traffic! on Joppa road.  LOL.  And we all believed him!  Well, it was funny but everything turned out well and all's well that end's well.
