You
May Have Seen Me Here...
As many of my
friends and family know, I am heavily involved in my hobby of 'roadgeeking'.
I started doing road-related webapges in 1998 with a simple site called
'Adam's Roadgeek Page' now PA Road Photos and More. It covered Pennsylvania
and by 1999 grew to include The SWPA Roads Project. In 2000, I moved
to North Carolina taking a job with the company I am currently working
for now. Of course since I now lived in a new state, I had to create
a new webpage thus All Things NC! was born. In 2001, Brian LeBlanc, Doug
Kerr, and I created gribblenation.com, named jokingly and with his approval,
after a good friend of mine in High School, Dave Gribble. August
of 2001 saw the opening of Mountain State Road Photos covering West Virginia.
In 2002, I created state-ends.com focusing on the state route ends features.
2003 saw the creation of Old Dominion Roads covering Virginia. Over time,
these sites continue to grow and new features have been added including:
Keystone Town Markers, The National Road, vacation travelogues, Small Towns
of Virginia and many others.
Because of the
phenomena of the internet, over the years my photos and webpages have been
featured in print article and online magazines. Below is a listing
of 'publicity' my sites and those involved with the various projects has
received.
