Since 1993 I began to publish on Immunodeficiency. Since, from the theoretical and clinic experience -of 25 years- all organic disorder simultaneously represents a specific biographical disorder; and conversely, given vital crisis, of not to mediate greater conscience of the outstanding conflicts, tend to be expressed in the organ or system that better represents them.

In the decade of the 80, with other colleagues, we had begun to study the operation of the Immune System in function of understanding, from our angle, the dramatic of patients with Lupus Eritematoso Systemic.

Thereinafter, while it was published the "HIV" and "AIDS" pandemic, it was beginning to interest me in the topic.

Always I understood that for power to speak of any topic, in terms that surpass the superficial opinion, agrees not only to ask those which know more, but also to study by the own means.

So that, I was acceding to information originating from the foreign and of some Congresses in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Something which, obviously, was resulting insufficient. Thus, I acceded to the Data Bank of the Central Medicine Library of our middle, guiding me for such search by the initial projects, but also by the researcher questions of the foreign.

Simultaneously, I was beginning to disquiet me in front of the conferences of persons with smaller or greater immunodeficiency, or in front of the commentaries of some colleagueas about this. Because there were thematic biographical related with patient others that not suffer of immune deficit some, yet. And as tends to happen, we could not have the certainty of the fact that in some moment not suffered it.

Of such manner, I was reconsidering my experience with adult that they were in crisis attempting role in important generation's changes important, with adolescent that were living dis-meetings of their parents, with heterosexual patients that, beyond number of relationships, were living one or several links as undiscriminated or 'rejected', with homosexual patients, drug addicts or not.

Briefly, perceiving the important social changes of the last decades, and the individual of the persons that were acceding to the consultation, or of so much people with the one that was conferring, I began to write on what was happening in the "era of immunodeficiency". Was departing of the base of the fact that the immune system were claimed the representation of guarding the identity of the body. So that, I met me to update me and to seek information about what was happening "before" of the fact that a person expressed the acquired immunodeficiency, as also, which role were verified on the part of HIV in such immunosuppression.

It was making years that I was working with the persons in the vicissitudes referred to their identity, their identifications with relatives models, the current securities crisis, etc. Thus, at the same time that I was refreshing the normal operation of the immune system (that all we carry), I was knowing about its pathological sway, and I was beginning to clarify how this was seeming be being represented in so many relationships. From the customary, to the relatives and of link of immunodepressed persons.

After some congresses in those which was presenting my projects on the HIV and AIDS, from both perspectives, immunologic and psychic, finally in 1993 I edited by my means a fascicle, "HIV and AIDS as manifestation of an actual overthrow of Identity".

In 1995 Editorial Nueva Vision of Argentina, edited me the book "HIV - AIDS. The era of immunodeficiency" (HIV-Sida. La época de Inmunodeficiencia). In it, I synthesised the customary operation of the immune system, something that was permitting to understand the different outstanding theories, even those that were drawing already the importance of the apoptosis or cellular suicide in immunodepressed persons. Furthermore, among the conferences, for such publication I chose to summarise a clinic story. That of a person that, in spite to suffer symptoms associated with AIDS, it was not presenting antibodies against the HIV. Thus, from the psychoanalytical interpretation, I outlined what is common to patient "HIV +" and the familiar characteristics and of prevailing link. And I added at that time, that such inherent modalities to the patients, was transferred or reproduced on the one hand with the professionals of the health, and additionally were seeming repeated also among colleagues of the same or different speciality.

In essence, was disquieting me, not only to attempt to understand to the persons that were seeming to suffer the decrease from their defences, but also was beginning to insist in which, with such comprehension, from our occupational angle (health), we could attempt to work in Prevention with patient that, though they did not evidence such immune deficit, by life histories could suffer it. Said otherwise, to understand the other simultaneous psychological face of the immunodeficiency was helping who already were suffering it, but also were required to work in supporting the immunecompetence of the rest of the patients.

After the edition of my book, in addition to attempting to transmit in a number of ways the investigation that was practising, I prosecuted publishing in different means. Among all, I selected one of them, as chapter 3, "The era of immunodeficiency: its implicit violence", because resulted necessary a more explicit of the type from disagreement among related professionals, and its repercussion, also 'violent', in the patients. The other middles that it gave me the possibility of going publishing the continuation of the clinic and immunologic investigations, it was the Argentine Association of Psychiatrists (AAP). So that, this book, furthermore, it contains the publications of the last three years and unpublished others (by different circumstances) until the conclusion of my labour in 1998.

It is important to clarify that, until 1997 the accent was put in the role of the designated HIV in the Acquired Immunodeficiency (AIDS). But during 1997, of different places of the foreign (out loud) and of our middle (in bottom voice), was been asserting and publishing that the HIV never had been isolated.

Furthermore, was going acceding to projects that were investigating the disorder nutritional repercussions of base. On the foregoing, it fits the explanation of the fact that, though in the corridors many were coinciding, in practice or 'for export', were minimising it, perhaps in function of their other proposals, certainly more profitable.

Naturally, this carried me to a deep revision. Fundamentally, from my occupational angle, were required that questioned me the degree of appropriateness of what is published by me same. From there that the investigation projects of the foreign gathered, of 1997 in forward, they gave a draft.

But partial. Because I prosecuted verifying what was descripted minutely from 1995. And, because all would indicate that many descriptions effected by some investigating, were prosecuting and continue being outstanding, even though with a 'different reading'. Example of this is to consider that more than "sir HIV" take the chief of the designated "seduction and destruction", who seemed be acting in would be some entitled "health's professionals" or "of world renown"

In this sense, and it is probable that regrettably for the immunodepress patients and those which could arrive to be it, from my occupational angle, I have prosecuted confirming all it already detailed in my book -1995- until the conclusion of 1998.

Finally, as so many colleagues, in addition to investigating, throughout these years I have listened much. Therefore, beyond initial university title, continues me convincing that, to understand final questions, is required to deepen in the previous steps, though is not shared them. Alone such be can have the own and greater conviction on what is written, said or doubt. To the way of the surge that breaks in the border, always there will be others that have gone formed it.

More precisely, when I ended what constitutes the chapter 10, "Continuation of the investigations about of the HIV and the AIDS" in 1996, already was evidenced an endless number of contradictions among different publications of the foreign. Therefore, in addition to seeming me useful to publish it what was explicit in some against-retrovirus prospectus (chapter 7), I met me, as will verify it in the chapter 12, "Causes of the AIDS", to differentiate step by step all the probable intervening processes in the acquired immunodeficiency. And in this, textually, to indicate the manifest confusion of so many investigating. Concluding in such chapter with the obviates question whether actually was remaining clear which was the "cause" of the AIDS.

Response, though seemed be alone answered from the point of 'organic view', was remaining linked with a point that was alluding to the passions of the human beings. Therefore, finally, I linked response with the two senses of "cause". In reality, this last belonged to a short article that it had remain confusedly unpublished, on "Causes in AIDS".

In essence, basing me on the etymology of 'cause', would be tried of the fact that it is very different be met to seek bases, to - so alone - to prosecute taking 'interest in', according to the own interest.

Briefly, all the immunologic information corresponds to many investigating of the foreign. As you can see in the total bibliography of the chapter 14, reproduced in the end's english version. So that, if there is questions there would be that, with foundations, send it to them, and then, I would thank to arrive me the copies of such labour.

In any case, as will be detached of the chapters in which I present the different immunologic versions, they do not contradict the psychoanalytical interpretation that I have found outstanding in the crisis of immunodepress persons, from 1995 to this part, as the other simultaneous face of the descripted processes like 'organic'.

In 1997, while -by confidentiality- I was going publishing some other biographical synthesis, I added the importance of the feeling of" resignation" in immunodepress patients (chapters 6, 7, 8). During 1998 I had submitted to Colleagues an informative synthesis; for finally, in April of 1998, conclude with "Synthesis on AIDS", with all the worked bibliography, that summarises the immunologic investigations, constituting this the conclusion of my labour (chapter 14).

Also, with date fixed from the previous year, my last presentation was that of September of 1998 in 5º International Psychiatry Congress organised by the Association Argentina of Psychiatrists, in the Topic about "Psychosomatic Medicine and AIDS", with the work "AIDS: Investigations synthesis and its repercussions in patient and health's professionals" (chapter 2, 9 ó 15). And, finally, during 1998 - through electronic mail - seemed me useful submit the "Letter for youths" (chapter 1). In it, I explained the operation of the designated 'immune system', what is equivalent to the beginning of my book of 1995, but of way simpler, as so that parents and youths could have an accessible idea about minimal problems of the operation of the immune system that all we carry. As of something which, they could understand the different versions on the pathology "AIDS".

In reality, when JazzBird Editorial edited on 1999 the first digital book, the publication was ordered in chronological form. But those that do not possess immunology's knowledge could begin to read it by the chapter 1, and then continue reading the others chapters.

In this opportunity, also, I suggest that is useful the reading of the first chapter, Letter for youths.

But I had order the chapters of agreement to the type of reader, like "reading for adults and youths", "reading for Psychologies" and "reading for doctors". And to facilitate its reading, I repeated some chapters.

Inclusive, beyond the speciality or labour of who read this book, each one of the chapters, even those which sum up more immunologic investigations, possess finally reflections that relate to all.

Finally, as well as I have published in Spanish, the fascicle initially edited by my means in 1993 contained a synthesis in English. So that this book contains two works in this language, chapters 6 and 7, that they are unpublished, also by various circumstances. Constituting the chapter 16 the translation of the 7 in spanish; while the chapter 17, an approximate version of the 6to spanish. I'm sorry that in english I only could translat the chapters 6 and 7 like chapters 17 and 16. You can see all the bibliography at the end of the book.

At present, 2002, it tends be said that there are many varying of HIV. Supposing the HIV never may have been isolated, perhaps arrive the day in which is ended admitting that, due to the so many mutations, to the so many variates of the same HIV family, well, as well as there are not two equal snowflakes, in fact, all have been particles, instead of an "entity" (retrovirus) isolated. It is probable that, on the one hand, that will be the indirect way "to clear up" the topic. But, additionally, simultaneously, it will confirme that, more than be must to "mistakes of the HIV", the mistakes or mutations were on the part of some how much "scientifics".

To end this presentation, I wanted to conclude with some ideas that, though of other era, and in special in this 2002 year, result striking and, in essence, we can take into account. It is what A. Einstein wrote in his book "My Vision of the World" :

" Exist. .... a spirit of the times, own of the to feel of each generation " ...... "The scientists have been converted into representative of the national traditions more radical and they have lost the sense of the community". ... "Is not sufficient to teach to the men a speciality".... "To be a valid individual the man must feel intensely that what can aspire .... In otherwise it is seemed more to a well instructed dog... " ".... either it can be desirable that justly the beings of more value will be object of the destruction on the part of that machinery behind the one which are hidden three large powers: imbecility , dread and greed". "I don't consider scientific man to everybody who employs instruments and 'scientists' methods of direct or indirect way, by the fact of have learnt to use them. Only I refer me to those that of truth possess a scientific mentality ". ".... we see the tragic destination that waits to the scientific man. Carried by the seeks of the clarity and interior independence, it has achieved through superhuman efforts, the means for their exterior slavery and their interior annihilation.

There has of let that the representatives of the political power put to him a muzzle. It is seen obligated to sacrifice his own life and to destroy the other lives, though it is convinced of the uselessness of such sacrifice. ... It must accept the scientific man all these humiliations? .

And, as counterpart added:

"Is a proven fact that the minorities... they are treated by the majority within the one which live as belonging to an inferior human category. What is tragic of that destination is that not only the minority is seen led by that instinct to an economic and social decrease, but under the influence of the majority begins to be considered in fact inferior".

So that, taking lent these simple words of J. Ortega y Gasset , I'm still continue convinced that:

".... each individual...... 'fixed himself' in some things and is blind for others".
