This elephant was at Marine World in Vallejo, California.
This was before it became
a Six Flags ride park. Marine World, Africa USA
was once
exclusively devoted
to keeping animals on display. Maybe someday it will eliminate them
completely,
which is what seems
to be happening in the wild as well.
