RETURNING CAST
Here
are some possible returning stars, who survived Scream
2, that could possibly make a re-appearance
in
Scream
3.
Liev Schreiber as Cotton Weary
The
character of Cotton Weary should be in Scream
3, since he became a main figure as the man
who saved Sidney's life at the end of Scream
2. This once falsely accused, fame seeking
hero could possibly return in Scream 3,
banking on his witness accounts of the Windsor College Murders in
a book of the same name that has been made into STAB
2, just like Gale did for the Woodsboro
Murders and STAB.
Duane Martin as Joel
Joel,
Gale's cameraguy from Scream 2,
was a definite comic relief from all the murder and mayhem with
his brilliant one liners. Sure, he may have been scared, but he
was smart, and that's why Joel survived Scream
2 without a simple scratch. It would be nice
to see him in Scream 3
with a bigger role and more great one liners. Plus, we don't have
Randy anymore!
Rebecca Gayheart and Portia de Rossi as
Lois and Murphy
The
memorable and annoying sorority sisters from the Delta Lambda
Zeta in Scream 2 are
most likely not to return for Scream 3
since their characters weren't essential to Scream
2. Although they did survive without
impending threat in Scream 2,
it would be nice to see these two annoying sorority sisters
finally get it in Scream 3.
Tori Spelling as herself
The
star of "Beverly Hills 90210" made a cameo as herself
in Scream 2 as the
actress who played Sidney in STAB as a result of an insulting
line ("With my luck, they'd cast Tori Spelling.") that
Neve Campbell delivered in the original Scream.
Well, if there is indeed a STAB 2, Tori could make a cameo in Scream
3 as the star of STAB 2.
