      Delphine Courtney was a robot created by Roxxon Oil to aid Jerry Jaxon in his quest for revenge on James Hudson. Courtney was to act as Jaxon's legs and recruit his super-human operatives.
      Courtney was very effective in her work. First she recruited the members of the original Omega Flight. Then she waylayed Heather Hudson at a New York airport to lure James Hudson into a trap. Finally, she managed to escape when Jaxon and Omega were ultimately defeated.
      Sometime after Omega Flight's first defeat James Hudson returned from his exile near Jupiter and crash-landed into the ocean near a Roxxon oil rig. Due to a malfunction Hudson did not revive from suspended animation as expected. Roxxon shipped him off to a scientific facility where they were able to patch into Hudson's cybernetic systems. Using the knowledge they gained Courtney was able to remake herself into a duplicate of Hudson, including the abilities of Hudson's battle suit.
      Arranging to have the surviving members of Omega Flight broken out of jail, Courtney set about implementing an elaborate scheme to trap and destroy Alpha Flight. Immitating Hudson she infiltrated Alpha Flight and set her plan in motion. However Alpha was able to force Omega into retreat, and Delphine Courtney was destroyed by Madison Jeffries in the parking lot of the West Edmonton Mall. The robot's remains were salvaged and turned into a battlesuit later worn by Heather Hudson.
      Delphine Courtney was a robot who had a number of super-human abilities due to her mechanical nature. She possessed an influencer device that allowed her to corrupt the members of Omega Flight I into working against James Hudson. In her second fight with Alpha she had been modified to duplicate the abilities of Hudson's battle armor.
