It takes you into the future on a sci-fi thrill ride. The effects are amazing. The animation is so spectacular that you start to feel for the characters. Some people believe that there was no real plot to the story, but there is. It is one's struggle against society, peers, and one's self. RANMA 1/2 :Upon a training journey with his father, Genma Saotome, they came across the mystical waters of Jusenkyou at China. Their guide told them not to train here, but they didn't listen. During the training, Ranma knocked his father into the "Spring of drowned panda" and out came an angry panda fighting him. His father knocked Ranma into the "Spring of drowned young girl" Ranma now changes into a very buxom, female version of himself every time he is splashed with cold water and turns back to a boy when doused in hot water. So, altogether you got a boy that turns into a girl, a boy that turns into a pig, a man that turns into a panda, a man that turns into a duck, and a girl who turns into a kitten. You also got a girl who hates all men except one that's half a man, a girl that wants to be a boy, a guy that believes black magic is imprisoning a beautiful young girl inside a guy, the cleverest person in Japan, and a perverted Dojo Master.
