Headline Farpoint System..........................Recent coflicts with kroxlor Spacecraft have increased in system, The 133rd and 137th Squadrens have both been permenantly assigned to the system to ensure security of the system. In the last conflict several of the destroyers have been damaged in the conflicts keeping Farpoint's shipyard and repair facilities busy putting civillian and business constructions well behind projected schedules. A high demand for fuel has also raised the price for refiened fuel in the system to 2000 credits a ton Several of the hydrogen processing companies have promised to increase refined shipments to the system but Farpoint officials feel this may not be enough to drive back down the prices. conflicts with kroxlor insurgents planetfall have also a great deal to with the Fuel prices as their recent raids have badly damaged two of the three refineries processing liquid hydrogen in system.................................INNews Farpoint.................................

Headline Aldeberan..............................................Another border skirmish between the Clesta and VonHestrin Clans has led to the destruction of several stockpiles of qualmarin Brandy that was intended for offworld markets. Merchant speculators suspect this will perhaps double to possibly quadruple prices for qualmarin brandy in high demand markets. The conflict was resolved with most of the losses belonging to the clesta clan 36 men total and nearly 15,000 tons of qualmarin brandy destroyed. The conflict apparently began with cancelation of a wedding of a VonHestrin Countess and one of the noble Lords of the Clesta clan...........................................INNews Aldeberan...................................

Headline Unity System............................A Takamura Lines Freighter was attacked by an unidentified Kroxlor ship suffering substantial damage. Takamura officials state that several passengers and crewmen parished in the attack but that he Freighter managed to radio for help and do some damage to the vessel. Two Patrol cruisers responded to the call but were unable to engage the kroxlor vessel before it made its escape by jumping into hyperspace. Takamura has now made shcedule modifacations to the subsedized merchants serving Unity and the Kraxis systems. This is the first report of a Kroxlor ship entering and attacking ships in a system other than Farpoint. Imperial naval officials have made a request for a greater number of patrol vessels to be commisioned for assignment to systems within 2 parsecs of the Kroxlor Border..........................................INNews Unity System........................

Headline Cardins Rim System...............................Tukera lines officials today have concluded the investigations into two of the last three Starship crashes that have occured. Investigators today say that they have been the work of sabotage! The third crash is still under investigation and officails have not stated the cause of this crash but they have not ruled any possibilities. A tukera spokesmen stated that they suspect the sabotage/crashes might be tied in conjunction with troubled negotiations between Tukera Corperate Leaders and the Pan-Galactic Engineers Union which have been on stike now for the past 4 months in demand of higher wages for its member/engineers. Tukera has for the last 4 months hired freelance engineers for all their affected lines and some speculate these engineers are not a qualified or hold lower skill ratings...........................INNews Cardins Rim System

Headline Yokosuka System.......................The Imperial Navy has just completed the first of 10 Commisioned "Guardian Class Frontier Cruisers" These vessels will greatly improve the available defenses for the system. Commadore Farragot has taken command of the "Guardian" the first of these new 5000 ton frontier cruisers in a grand cerimaonial event. Several officers have been selected from around the system and three new naval achademy classes have been started for the staffing of these new cruisers.
