Victory Leo

 Victory Leo Victory Leo is the name of the robot whose mind was formed from that of God Jinrai. He does not have the same personality, however. He has the ability to transform from a robot to a lion to a jet. He was also given the ability to combine with Star Saber to form Victory Saber.

Cartoon Bio (Japan):

In a last-ditch attempt to bring God Jinrai back from the edge of death, the Cybertrons' best medics (Perceptor, Wheeljack, and Minerva) tried to relocate his mind into a new body, which they called Victory Leo. Despite Jan's pleas not to, Jinrai agreed to go through with the procedure. The transfer was not quite entirely successful, and the resulting robot did not have the same personality that Jinrai did. Victory Leo was a lot more aggressive (some would say ferocious) than Jinrai was.

Victory Leo had his squabbles with Star Saber and wasn't fully trusted by the other Cybertrons at first. When Victory Leo caught on that someone was posing as Star Saber, nobody else believed him. Even when Victory Leo tried to stop the fake Star Saber from taking the circuit that helped Star Saber and Victory Leo merge, his fellow Cybertrons thought he was a traitor. Only when the real Star Saber showed up and the fake was revealed as Leozak did he gain their trust.

Eventually, Victory Leo and Star Saber went off to stop Deathsaurus, who had just revived his Destron fortress. Their initial attempt, as Victory Saber, to stop it was not enough, and they were knocked out . Once they regained consciousness, they took on Liokaiser, who had emerged to fight them. When Jan and Pebo arrived, Victory Saber disassembled and Victory Leo took on Liokaiser. He defeated him the Destron by throwing him into the fortress's super weapon draining Liokaiser of his energy. When Star Saber subsequently defeated Deathsaurus inside, Deathsaurus sent the station on a collision course with the Earth, trapped Star Saber inside, and escaped out the airlock. Star Saber was freed by Victory Leo, who merged with him and helped him to destroy the fortress.

After Deathsaurus's defeat, Victory Leo continued to fight for the Cybertrons.
