BACKGROUND: His ancestry is a mix of English, Irish and Scandinavian. His
family includes his parents and twin sister Laurie. It's a typical
middle class family; both parents hold jobs. He has a girlfriend
named Joanie Weiss. So far his biggest worry in life is how to
juggle his part-time job as a pizza delivery boy for Trendy Apizza,
studying to get a scholarship for college (to get his law degree),
and having time to date Joanie.
Frank has a desire to become involved with the law and even become a federal
agent of some sort. His interest in the law stems from his desire to know
'just how far he can go' without getting in trouble (at least not a lot of
trouble) as well as wanting to be clear about his rights and others around
him. His job delivering pizza is part of his 'plan' to find out 'where things
are' in his neck of the woods. He is somewhat sensative and also lets his
anger get the best of him at times. He hates to be manipulated or lied to and
if he gives his word he sticks by it even when he doesnt want to. Due to his
studying of law and his intermingling with everyday people he often finds it
hard to trust people since a lot of people are liers, cheaters, or stealers
simpley because most people dont care about others to much and just want to
make a buck. He also has a bad habit of seeking revenge even if it is in a
mild way (but most often boarderlining on illegal).
