License agreement and limited warranty.

The software and documentation enclosed in this package (the "program") are
provided to you only upon the condition that you agree to be bound to the
terms of this agreement between you and jamiesweb Publishing Company ("jamiesweb").
By installing this program, you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this agreement. If you do not so agree, promptly return this
package to your place of purchase for a refund.

LICENSE. The graphics, sound, text and elements on the Program are licensed
only for unadvertised, personal use. You may (a) make one copy of the Software
solely for backup or archival purposes provided that such copy contains all
of the proprietary legends of jamiesweb which appear therein, or (b) transfer the
Software to a single hard disk, provided that you keep the original Software
solely for backup or archival purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. jamiesweb warrants to you only that the
media upon which the software is recorded shall be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days
after your receipt of the program. In the event of such a defect, jamiesweb
will, at its discretion, either replace or repair the program or refund to
you the price paid by you for the program. To make a warranty claim, return
the program together with your proof of purchase to your place of purchase
during the warranty period. Except to the extent expressly provided in this
paragraph, the program is provided on an "as is" basis, without any
warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. You
assume the entire liability for the selection and use of the program and
jamiesweb shall have no liability for any errors, malfunctions, defects, or loss
of data resulting from or related to the use of the program.

LIMITED LIABILITY. jamiesweb shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special
or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this agreement
or your use of the program, even if jamiesweb has been advised of the possibility
of such damages. In no event shall jamiesweb's liability hereunder, if any, exceed the
price paid by you for the program.

Some states may not recognize the foregoing limited warranty, limitation of
remedies and limitation of liability and, if you qualify, you may have
different or additional rights and remedies.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and jamiesweb and may
not be modified unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized
representative of jamiesweb. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Ohio.
