I remember the sweat on your brow, the fear in your eyes as your trembling hands pulled the covers over your head....as if this would protect you from me.
Do you remember me now?
Can you feel my presence now? I am the eerie sensation on the back of your neck, I am the goosebumps that are creeping up your legs and down your arms right now.
I can sense your fear. You can try to deny it and say I don't exist. That's ok, I remember you being in denial in your youth also. I have been waiting on you in the darkest corners of your mind.
Just waiting to feed off your fears again, so I could escape out of your subconscious mind and back into reality. You have helped me be reborn again.
