Here you see 'Arams auto repair center', a big billboard.  There are many auto repair shops that are Armenian owned.  Many are from Lebanon/Syria.  I don't know about this guy, but most of them don't know what they are doing, and have tried to rip me off.

Another new Armenian deli.  They pop up every year.  This one is at an excellent location but no food service provider has lasted there for a long time for as long as anyone can remember.  KFC has the record of 2 years.
