A republican politician’s smear campaign against the child his son viciously raped

As we all know, Republicans know more about parenting and morality that any of you ordinary people. Take for example, wealthy Orange County assistant sheriff Don Haidl [R] of Orange Country [R].

A typical republican, he has an estimated $90 million, most of it from used-car sales. He proudly brags that he has raised thousands for the republican Sherrif’s campaign

Like all republicans, he knows more about raising your children than you do. Which is why his son videotaped himself and two friends poisoning a child and then raping her with a pool cue, bottle, can and lit cigarette, adding up to 24 felony counts.

And like all republicans who call for a culture war the moment he sees a nipple, he’s proving what a tough-on-crime Assistant Sherrif he is by saying that the videotape proves his son is ‘‘…Guilty of Nothing More than Acting Thoughtlessly’’ and hiring an army of high-priced defense lawyers who claim that the unconscious child old should be charged with raping herself - because of her unchristian clothing.

They say the victim had a “reputation as a "slut”” and so the defendants conducted themselves accordingly.””

They charge the victim being “an "out-of-control girl," "a tease--that’s what she is!" a wanna-be "porn star," “slut” "a troubled young lady," "a mess," a "master manipulator," a "little opportunist," who once drank a beer….”

“Why isn’t she being charged with this crime?"

Well, there‘s always the fact that “During a genital inspection, she said, "there were so many tears" that she could see many without the aid of a scope. She discovered 10 "jagged" tears in the rectum alone.” The republican lawyers proposed that the injuries could be caused by either consensual or non-consensual sex.

“This is exactly what she wanted”

California's Rape Shield Law states that a rape victim's prior sexual history [In this case it consists of alleged flirting and not having public hair] cannot be used against them to undermine their credibility in court.

Now, do you think Orange County is going to be tough on this crime? Think Arnold “the groper” Shnickelgruber is going to lift a finger?

“…another ranking Sheriff’s Department [R] official tried to hinder a Newport Beach police probe of the incident….”

“Most people caught with illegal drugs, high and already on felony bail, would know they were in serious trouble. Most people don’t have a powerful [Republican] cop as a dad. After deputies on the scene telephoned Assistant Sheriff Haidl for advice, young Haidl escaped without citation or arrest and the incident was falsely reported on public records as nothing more than a routine "traffic stop." “
