How can I contact DreamlandGames.com about my Order? In order to keep costs down for our Internet customers, we do not have phone operators available to handle inquiries on online orders. How do I make a return or exchange? Due to the nature of videogames we are unable to give refunds or exchanges on opened merchandise. Unopened games may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. An RMA number is required to return merchandise. To obtain an RMA number, send E-Mail to DreamlandGames@iowatelecom.net. Once you have been issued an RMA number, please note it with your return, include a brief explanation of the problem and enclose your E-mail address. Once the package is received your credit card will be refunded or the credit will be used toward an exchange for another item. Send the returned merchandise to the following address:

What if the item I ordered is defective? If a game you receive is defective it will be replaced with the same title only. You are responsible for returning defective merchandise to us. We will return the replacement copy of the game at no additional cost. Please send the defective merchandise with a description of the defect, and your E-Mail address to the following address:

What if I receive an incorrect item with my order? If the item received was not what you ordered, send the item back with a brief explanation of the error, and include your E-Mail address. Once the merchandise is received either the appropriate exchange will be made, or if we are unable to fill your original request your credit card will be refunded. What does it mean if I did not receive all the games that I ordered? Generally, if an item is no longer available it will be canceled. You will either be notified either on the invoice which accompanies your order stating the item(s) have been canceled or you will receive a notice by E-Mail. In some cases an item may be on backorder. A backordered item is an item that is currently out of stock, but is expected in shortly. The merchandise is usually on order with the manufacturers and we are awaiting our shipment from our suppliers. Once we receive the product, it will be shipped out immediately. Most backordered items are received within 2-3 weeks, if it exceeds this you will be notified by E-Mail. If we find out that a backordered item will no longer be available you will also be contacted by E-Mail and your order will be canceled.
How can I find out if the item I want is available? Because our inventory changes hourly, we are unable to reply to individual requests for game pricing and availibility. We cannot guarantee that every title listed will be available to ship out immediately, as our inventory changes from day to day and hour to hour. Although, we are constantly updating our web site by adding the new and deleting the recently out of stock products, occasionally, a title may be in stock when the order is placed, and out of stock by the time the order is processed. This may cause a delay in the normal processing time of the order, however, we make every effort to ship each order as quickly as possible.
What are your shipping methods and rates?
Our policy is to process all orders promptly. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and verification of your credit card information. Most orders are shipped within 2 working days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order or we are unable to process your order, we will contact you by E-Mail. You can expect to receive orders shipped by standard methods within
3-10 working days.

What do the codes mean on the order form? These codes are system abbreviations for each game title. Below is a key that may help you:
NEW/USED GAMES
The majority of the video games that we sell are used. We also carry brand new games for the Nintendo 64, PlayStation and Dreamcast. Unless otherwise noted, all videogames are used. All new games and accessories will be clearly indicated with "NEW" in the listing. "YES" indicates that the box &/or manual is included. "NO" indicates that the box &/or manual is not included.
How do I update my E-Mail address on the mailing list? If you change E-Mail addresses, your old E-Mail address will need to be REMOVED (see below) from the mailing list and your new one added.
How do I get taken off of the mailing list? If you would like to be REMOVED from the mailing list just send a message to DreamlandGames@iowatelecom.net with REMOVE in the subject line of the message.
