PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Prices and specials listed in our Online Store are only valid on orders placed online within the Online Store. Due to the instant nature of the Internet, we are able to offer more discounts, sales, and special offers through our online store and E-Mail distribution list. Please send an e-mail to DreamlandGames@iowatelecom.net with the subject "Request Catalog" to be added to our E-Mail distribution list. Because of the reduced costs of doing business on the internet, we are able to pass the savings on to our customers who take advantage of our online store and place their orders online. We still offer traditional mail order for those customers who prefer to order via mail. Orders may be placed by Mail with Check or Money Order. For information about an online order, please send E-Mail with your order number to: DreamlandGames@iowatelecom.net. All inquiries or questions about online transactions are handled through E-Mail (It's fast and FREE!).

SECURITY
All online transactions in our Online Store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your personal or credit card information into the paypal order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
DreamlandGames provides a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Most consumers are unaware that it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in traditional stores. Brick and mortar stores and restaurants use a multiple copy sales draft, which requires your signature. After signing a traditional credit card receipt, the store employee has access to your credit card number and signature.

NEW/USED GAMES
The majority of the videogames that we sell are used. We also carry brand new, factory fresh games for the Nintendo 64, PlayStation and Dreamcast. Some games do not include original boxes or instructions. Unless otherwise noted, all videogames are used. All new games, accessories and hint books will be clearly indicated with "New" in the description. All games, new or used carry a 30 day guarantee.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be automatically added to all mail-order orders shipped to Iowa Residents (5.0%).

SHIPPING
Our policy is to process all orders promptly. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and verification of your credit card information. Most orders are shipped within 2 working days. If there is a delay in shipping your order or we are unable to process your order, we will contact you by E-Mail. You can expect to receive orders shipped by standard methods within 5-10 working days, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR/VI/Guam, APO/FPO, Canada, and international orders within 10-14 working days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
All shipping & handling charges are calculated at the time the order is placed and are based on the items shipping destination. Shipping & handling costs are displayed before final order is placed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of videogames, we are unable to give refunds or exchanges on any new opened games. Shipping charges are not refundable. Defective games will be replaced with the same title only. You are responsible for returning defective games to us. We will return replacement games to you at no additional cost. Hardware and Accessories with all original packaging may be returned less a 20% restocking fee. To return any item, you must send E-Mail to DreamlandGames@iowatelecom.net for an RMA number.
