Age: In Japan, it started out 14, but in America we felt we had to lower the age to 10 for some strange reason. But people have to get older, so my guess is that by now he has to be around 14ish

Well... what would the show be without our clueless Ash? Together with his best poke pal, Pikachu, they travel the pokemon for the constant struggle to reah their goal. They're like Batman and Robin, Snoopy and Charlie, Aguman and Tai ^_~ They just... BELONG together!
Despite the occasional big head, total cluelessness, his slowness, and his knack for getting into trouble,Ash is an all around sweet guy. He's always willing to help someone in need, even if he's just met them, which some would also call a hero complex.
Though I'm an avide AAML supporter, I don't think Ash quite knows exactly that he really likes Misty. I think he feels something, but it won't full grow until (a) she leaves (b) Something life threatening happens to wither one or (c) The pokemon creators finally get them together.
To sum Ash up, he's dense, he's mentally slow, but physically fast, he's determined, he's accident prone, and he's brave. Ash is just a unique character in his own way ^_^ |
