Last name: Some say Harrison, but I personally prefer Slate ^_^
Age: Dunno, obviously older than Ash and Misty, I'd say he started out around 14 or 15 and is now 16-18.
Pokemon: Zubat-Golbat-Crobat, Vulpix (released), Pineco-fortress (gym), Onix (gym), Geodude (gym), Lotad-lumbre, mudkip
Fav. Pokemon: Vulpix/Onix?
Goal in Life: Be a pokemon breeder
Secret desire: To have girls all over him (I'm sorry, I did say secret, huh?)
Love interst: Every single girl within age limits, particularly Nurse joy, Jenny, and Suzie
Brock is the backbone of the whole journey. We saw a glimpse of what would happen if he wasn't there, or if Tracey wasn't there when Ash and Misty were lost in the woods and though they were stranded on a deserted island.(Not to mention, Ash had a sample of Misty's cooking). It wasn't too pretty.
Brock is a former gym leader from Pewter City. He was many many younger brothers and sisters. His mother died and his father left for a time which caused Brok, the oldest, to take over as the 'mother'. When Ash came, they stumbled on Flint, brock's father, and reunited each other. And so, Flint took over the gym and Brock started the journey with Ash and Misty.
Becuase of his experience with his little brothers and sisters, Brock is perfect for watching Ash and Misty. He cooks and cleans for them, not to mention he puts up with their constnat bickering. He is usally the one to keep a level head about hings, EXCEPT, when he meets a pretty girl. Misty usually has to drag him away by the ear or just use the old fasioned way and smack him with a mallet.
Brock left after the Kanto region leaving Ash and Misty in the care of Tracey (unknowingly of course) he returned after Ash had won in the orange islands, of course having good timing because Tracey had opted to stay and study with Professor Oak. (Or maybe the two of hte them conspirted to share turns watching ver Ash and Misty?) Sosincve then, Brock has stayed with Ash.
Brock may not battle much, but he's essential in Ash's journey, as a cook and the level headed one, but also as a good friend to both Ash and Misty. |
