James... James is different. James is one of three Team Rocket members that constantly harass Ash and friends. He has a very whiny voice (In America) and is the softest one of the rocket memebers. He rarely takes charge and is usually the one blamed for the mistakes, but he puts up with it, which may be why he's stuck with jessie and meowth.
james is from a rich backround. When he was younger, his parents set him up with a girl to marry him (who looked exactly like Jessie, just more fancy) She was very mean, (meaner than Jessie if you can imagine) and so james ran away to join Team Rocket where he met Jessie and the talking Meowth.
James is the corssdresser of the show. If there's to be a female when they fool Ash and friends, James is usually the girl, and jessie the guy. But he is really sweet and the most likely to be the first to help Ash and friends. Despite their total differences, Jessie, James and Meowth are best friends and stick together no matter what.
