After a busy start to the New Year what with a new term at school, a wedding to plan for and a marathon to train for I've settled back into the turn writing groove. So expect your turn in the next week or so as I plough on with the adventurers of the Serpent Isles. |

I have been busy...with a capital B...over the last two weeks...I've had 150 plus reports to write and then my form reports and them I had to produce the School's termly newsletter...as a result I've had no chance to write any turns...I will begin afresh next turn and strive to produce at record speed...so please forgive me and prepare for your turn to arrive...HAPPY CHRISTMAS BTW. |

Two messages really the first one is to say that everything is ticking along quite nicely and the second one is to canvas support. I received official notification today that I have gained entry to the 2002 London Marathon. I will be running for the National Asthma Foundation and am hoping to raise as much money as possibly can for this worthwhile charity. I know several Saturnalia veterans suffer from this condition and I hope you will help me do a little something to end the breathing problems of so many people. Please make an online donation. I am cracking on with turn writing and have just finished the next newsletter (Serpent Isles News V). I have posted seven, emailed one and am awaiting on addresses for the others...if you want a copy and I haven't included you in the list then let me know. |

Turn around stands at 10 days again and I've just purged the Queue and the Fame Table of all characters who haven't sent in a turn in the last two months. These tables are easily updated so if you know any dormant players who want to try again then push them over to me. I have been contacted recently by an couple of old players who haven't played for seven years or so who want to try again so it's never too late to come back to the fold. |

Learning to write in HTML now so I can edit the site which is a slow process but if this works then it was worth it. Turn around is back to a week at present and I'm racing through the turns. Nice to see a few older players returning to the fold and a few new players joining their ranks. If you know anyone who wants to play then give them my email address and I'll see what I can do. I will start a newsletter shortly so if you have any items then let me have them and I'll even throw in a bonus for any one who makes a contribution. |
