Choose reload there.
The 'Reload' function on your browser 're-loads' 'stuff' that is regularly stored on your computer. For example, pictures, and web-pages. The reason your computer stores this 'stuff' is because, in most cases, it saves time. If you have been to a page before, the computer assumes that the information there is the same. Rather than load it again, the computer uses the saved information, to save transmission time.
It can be a disadvantage, though, if the pages you access are regularly being updated. In that case, 'Reloading' actually goes out to the web-page, and brings back the newest information.
At Project Friday, we are regularly updating our pages, as new information becomes available. Pressing 'Reload', or choosing 'Reload' from the view menu 'refreshes' the information held in your home computer, thus letting you see the updated information.
