I have been a practicing Buddhist for years.  Over the years I have practiced with Zen, Tibetan, Christian-Zen, and Vipassana groups.  I recently attended teachings with His Holiness, the Dalai Lama in Tucson and received the Kalachakra initiation from him in Toronto in 2004.  I practice with the Blue Beryl Dharma Group and Gompawa Study Group in St. Louis.

My wife and I recently visited Ireland.  It truly is the "land of 100 shades of green."
While in the country, we visited
Malachy Kearns's shop in the beautiful village of Roundstone, County Galway.  Malachy is known world-wide as a maker of bodhrans, the Irish drum.  I bought one of his drums and am practicing on it and on harmonica and whistle.
