Statement
of Faith
We Believe:
In one triune God, eternally existent
the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God is omnipotent, omniscient and
omnipresent. He is Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. (Deut. 6:4; Isa.
43 10, 11; Phil. 2:6)
We Believe:
Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy
Spirit, born of the virgin Mary and lived a sinless life. He was crucified on
the cross, buried and was raised on the third day from the dead. He ascended to
heaven and sits at the right hand side of the Father and will return to receive
His church. (Matt. 1:23; Heb. 7:26; I Cor. 15:3; Acts 1:11)
We Believe:
In the Holy Spirit, the Comforter and the Counselor. The Holy Spirit resides in
Believers, guides and enables us to live a victorious Christian life until we
reach eternity. (John 14:16)
We Believe:
In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterances and that it is one
of the evidences of Holy Spirit baptism. (John 15:26; Acts 2:4; 10:41-46)
We Believe:
God created man in his own image and likeness to be good and upright; but he
became separated from God through his disobedience. Consequently every human
being is born a sinner, unwilling and unable to please God. Therefore humanity
is lost in sin and need the Savior Jesus Christ. (Gen. 1:26,27; 2:17; Rom.
5:12-19)
We Believe:
Salvation is the gift of God to humanity,
separate from works and the law and is made operative by grace through faith in
Jesus Christ, producing work acceptable to God.
(Luke 24:47; Rom. 10:13-15; Eph. 4:27)
We Believe:
We are justified by faith, sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Word of
God and by the Holy Spirit and will be glorified at the second coming of Jesus
Christ. (Rom 5:1,2; 1 Cor. 1:30; 1
Thes. 4:3; Rom. 8:29,30)
We Believe:
The Holy Scripture containing 66 books is the Holy Spirit inspired Word of God
and is an infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine.

We Believe:
In the universal church of God which is the Body of Jesus Christ under His
Headship and is composed of all believers. It is actualized by local communities
of believers organized for corporate worship, edification, fellowship and the
continuation of Christ’s mission on earth.

1:8)
We Believe:
In the believer’s baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
(Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 16:16; Rom. 6:4)
We Believe:
Lord’s Supper is an ordinance given to the Church by Jesus Christ. It is the
remembrance of the suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and is
enjoined with all believers until He returns. (1 Cor. 11:23-26; Luke 22:17-20)
We Believe:
In the return of our Lord Jesus Christ in the midair and the rapture of all born
again believers. The dead in Christ shall rise first and then the saints who are
alive will be caught up in the air. (1 Thes. 4:16,17; Rom. 8:23; Titus 2:13)
We Believe:
In divine physical healing. It is provided for in the atonement of Jesus Christ
and is the privilege of all those who believe in Him. (Isa. 53:4,5; Matt.
8:16,17; Jas. 5:14-16)
We Believe:
In the literal, physical existence of heaven and hell. Whosoever is not found
written in the Book of Life, together with the devil and his angels, the beast
and false prophet will be consigned to the everlasting punishment in the Lake,
which burneth with fire and brimstone; this is the second death. Those who have
accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior and live a righteous life will
spend their eternity in heaven with God.
