The Baha'i Youth Workshop Institute has been establsihed to provide a center of systematic organization in planning coordinator training institutes, teaching projects (in collaboration with Local Spiritual Assemblies), retreats & conferences, as well as other events and resources.

This Institute consists of a Board of Directors that tend to the functions and role prescribe to the mandate of the BYW Institute.  Not only does the institute perform the entailed services, but facilitates a network for the Baha'i Youth Workshops, for communication, support, and encouragement.  There will be no such thing as a isolated BYW if contact with the Institute is maintained.  Development and methods shared by one workshop in the means to success and growth may be passed on to another workshop, initiating a consist innovation of progression and an advancing evolution of the concept of the Baha'i Youth Workshop.
