The traditional Lakota Ki on the South Dakota reservations consider themselves to be Prisoners of War by the illegal US occupation forces, and they are kept in forced poverty with polluted water and bad food, and unable to form businesses or create jobs or a viable economy because of the puppet Tribal Councils, who are on the payroll of the US Bureau of Indian Affairs.

All interested and serious groups and individuals are welcome to attend the Tribunal(s), which will run continuously for the next 18 months, in the US, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Peru.

David Seals
Secretary and Ambassador, Bear Butte Council
(44 hereditary chiefs, of the many Confederacies and leagues formed in the Louisiana Purchase lands)
