Skink, Ctenotus robustus

Ctenotus robustus (family Scincidae), is an active brown skink with a conspicuous black stripe down the middle of its back from the nape to the base of the tail. It is active during the day and is found in a variety of habitats including the dry sclerophyll woodland typical of central Cape York Peninsula.
