Everyone Benefits…

Parents and Students,

Educators, and the

Business Community

By enriching their educational experiences, School-to-Careers enables our students to satisfy the requirements of a competitive, worldwide workforce. Throughout their schooling years, students learn the importance of both classroom learning and workplace experience. This combination develops students' confidence, competence, and connections, ensuring successful careers and citizenship.

Burlington County Initiatives:

  1. Establishment of a computerized network: CARE - to enable county's high schools to share information.
  2. Training for personnel working with Special Needs Students.
  3. Career Information Delivery System (CIDS) enables students and parents to research career and schooling opportunities.
  4. Career Passport Program (Student Portfolios).
