PLACE: Oakvilla Cottage at Jakko , Simla, India
- Elizab :- This is a picture of my gr-grandmother Elizabeth Mackintosh. Taken at Oakvilla - Jakko - Simla - India about 1940.
- Family :- Shown is my grandmother Jean Hewer - The little boy in the front is my father Russell and the little girl with the blonde hair is my aunt Revel Hewer. The other people I don't know.
- Family2 :- This is my grandmother Jean with her two children, note she is pregnant with her third child. My father is about 18 months old here and my aunt who is about 3 years old.
- Indian : This is a pic that I don't know anything about. Maybe someone might recognise the building. Taken in Simla, India.
- Jean2 :- My grandparents Ronald Edgar Hewer and Jean Hewer with an unknown person (we think his name is Claude Reginald Cantopher) on their wedding day 9th August 1941. Taken at St Andrews Church, Simla.
- Jean5 :- A photo of my grandparents in traditional Scottish uniform before they were married. Can anyone help with the uniforms?
- Russ2 :- This is a pic of my father Russell aged about 2 years. taken on the trail that leads up to the Jakko Monkey Temple.
- This pic shows my father and aunt on the trail that leads up to Jakko Monkey Temple. (1940 -1945)
- This pic is of my father and aunt & uncle with some servant ladies. Russell aged about 4, Revel aged about 5, and Randal aged about 6 months. (1940 -1945)
- This pic shows my grandmother with an unknown lady, Does anybody have any ideas? (1940 -1945)
