My resolution for the year 2003 is DIRECTION.

At the age of 15 I sat in the school yard with my friends discussing where we envisaged our lives would be in 10 years time.  Most were going to be married - but for me it was with 6 kids.  Somewhere along the line things change as so often they do and our path of life deviates. We could get ensnared in a goal, a career, a moment or even what others think we should be doing, thus losing sight of our journey and life's direction.
Ask yourself 'Does my life have direction?' If so, is it progressing in the way you wanted or thought it would be?

Over the past few years my direction in life has taken a few twists and turns, together with a couple of sudden "Stop, Go Back, Wrong Way" signs and "Haven't I travelled this road before". This year I decided to attempt to find my way again, personally, professionally and physically.

Therefore, because part of my direction in life is taken up with Bodybuilding I thought that some of the federations need to take heed when it comes to Women's Bodybuilding. I wonder if they know in which direction women's bodybuilding is heading under their guidelines and more to the point do we as competitors know and do we all have the same direction in mind?
