Trade Secrets

By Ayesha Haqqiqa

Synopsis: Jerry Morrison is an American cop assigned to help French police. He is requested to investigate a drowning death of a rich heiress, and, in the process, uncovers the secrets and lusts of her family. At least, thats what its supposed to be about. Mainly, it is a mishmash of confusing scenes that dont add up to a very entertaining, much less erotic, movie.

Sams Performance: Well, Sam looks nice in the clothes he wears. His earnestness and sincerity shine through, which, in this case, is bad, because the character he plays is not supposed to be very nice at allat least thats the conclusion I drew after watching this VERY confusing film. The problem with the movie is not Sams acting, but rather a script that doesnt make anything clear, and artsy direction that puts you asleep instead of getting you aroused.

Must-see Scene: There really are none, because the whole movie is disjointed. Probably the most amusing scene was when Sam, as Jerry, asked another character for tips on being a gigalo! As if THE MAN needed any tips on how to attract and please ladies!

Rating:

The ratings are in SAMS and go from 1(you wont be able to sit through the film once) to 5 (this one you need to buy and watch over and over).

1 Sam
