Extra Info
Now that I own
Harlequin I can tell you more stuff about them. Harlequin breed well in
pairs and groups. They mostly prefer large leaf plants but small leaf will
work as well. Harlequin will not eat their eggs so it is safe to keep them
in the tank as long as they are the only species in the tank. When their
are other fish in the tank the parents may feel threaten and may eat the
eggs to *protect* them. This will happen with many other types of fish
as well.
