Vol. 2

Summary

The horrible flying heads, also called Gamin, decide to take a brutal revenge on the woman, who trapped them 10 years ago; the priestess Hiazki Mikado could manage to stop the flesh eating Gamin, but now they had been released from its imprisonment. And because the Gamin swore to take revenge, they are looking for Hizaki in the city and kill everybody, who meets their way. Too bad, Hizaki is an ancestor of Mayuko and looks exactly like her. Now she is the target of the Gamin. But lucky for Mayuko, there is Tora saving her from the flying heads, but only because he wants to eat her as well…

From the revenge of the Gamin, we go to the personal revenge of Hyô, the excellent demon hunter. Hyô is a man, who roves through Japan, in search of revenge on the monster, who murdered his wife and daughter 15 years ago. But he doesn’t seem to have much success, to finally find the monster, for which he gave all his youth to learn the antic magic, intending to kill it one day; kill… Tora! Yes, it seems like he is suppose to be this monster and there is no one, who is able to stop Hyô. The problem is, Hyô is strong, very strong and Tora realizes that. So Ushio doesn’t only compete against the stubborn Tora when he is fighting, who wants, perforce, to engage in a fight with Hyô, but also against Hyô himself, who doesn’t want to see, that Tora isn’t the monster, he looked for all his life. He wants justice, revenge for the terrible suffering.
