| Vol. 25 Summary The battle between Ushio & Tora and the incarnation continiues, but the monster realy is strong. To make it even more complicated there is the problem, that everything will explode at the moment, when the gas escapes! Asako and the scientist Helena lock up in a room and try to direct all of Kirlian’s beams (a new object, created to stop the monster) against the huge incarnation, so Ushio can try to free Bal and tear apart the monster in thousand pieces. But he only can regenerate his capacity littly by little. To evade that, the scientist Helena keeps aon using her computer to stop the monster till the definite explosion of the building. Meanwhile Ushio, Asako and Bal fainted because of the poison gas, but Tora takes them and safes them. For Helena there is no more time left now; to the last she films everything of her action, so she leaves one last recording for her workmates. So she remains the only one, who stopps the formation of the incarnation and dies in the definite explosion, but takes the horrible monster with her into death…! The second story tells about Kirio, raised by an incarnation of Hakumen no Mono and about this enemy of the Spear, who finds himself in a battle along with Mayuko (they meet at Shizuka, because Mayuko spends her holiday at her grandparents place) against monsters, who transformed themselves into orang-outangs and pinned a while feather onto the front door of Mayuko’s cousin Yukari (there already had been one victim and Kirio watched everything and tried to defend her with the sickle of Elezar, but in the end he will be defeated by the leader, though, who calls himself “White Beard”), it is all about. Mayuko’s grandfather tells her and Yukari, these monsters had been defeated once by a dog called Shippei (means “revenge” in Japanese) Tarô. Later, Mayuko walks to her cousin’s house and sees the feather pinned in the front door and is frightend, because she knows now everything is true. While the parents of the girl think it’s just a joke. Mayuko calls Asako immediately and ask her, where Ushio and Tora are, but unfortunately they aren’t home. Dissapointed about the message she walks around through Mashiro and meets Kirio at the beach, who is thinking of is dead mother deep inside!! (Without her he feels very sad, but while he is deep in his sad thoughts, Mayuko approaches and takes him for Ushio: She calls Ushio’s name, looks in his face and recognizes him, because Ushio already saved him once. Kirio tries to run away, but Mayuko asks him to help her and tells him the story of Shippei Tarô. Eventually Kirio and Mayuko are parting, but before they do, they introduce to each other; Kuin says to Kiro, he thinks Mayuko is strange and Kirio replies, that no one ever ask him for something from the bottom of the heart like Mayuko did, because of his loneliness as well. At this point Kuin takes Kirio and sets out with him for Nagano to reveal the secret of Shippei Tarô. Meanwhile Mayuko is very brave and wants to take her cousin’s place, does her hair like the hair of her cousin, because she counts on Kirio’s help. Meanwhile in front of a closed clock store Kirio finds an old dog, every one calls Tarô and takes the dog with him. Kirio notices the dog is wearing a bounded loop on his neck, but when he wants to take a closer look on it, the dog starts to growl. Kirio feels bounded to the dog, because he had been left by a person, he loved so much as well. Mayuko takes her cousin’t place and punctually the orang-outans-monsters arrive and kidnapped her, because they take Mayuko for her cousin Yukari. But the girl carries pepper with her and tries to defend herself with it. Kirio hardly arrives in time and tries to scare the ape a little bit with his sickle, even though he realizes the enemy is way too strong for him. Tarô has arrived and Kirio tells him to run away, but one orang-outang attacks the dog, so that the loop breaks, he wears around his neck and the dog attacks him. Kirio notices the courage the dog fights with and profits from his diversion, attacks the cruel leader of the gang and defeats him. At the end of the battle Kirio is heavy wounded and Mayuko takes him and brings him to a hospital, where doctors treat him. Kirio stays a while in the hospital and then returns to the beach, where he meets Mayuko again, who asks him very gently to stay with her. Kirio is very happy, because from now on he won’t be alone anymore at last!! But at first he has to bring back Tarô to Nagano, where his friends are waiting for him. At the end Kirio makes a nice description of Tarô, because he says his eyes would be reflecting the sky…! Meanwhile Ushio and Tora are on a mountain for drawing and while Tora critizes the drawing of Ushio with a plate of a taxi, attacks of two monsters are coming, who pursue the Spear of the Beasts. Ushio seems to got the worse, but how lucky Hyô comes, who locks Tora in a barrier and attacks and destroys the monsters. At the end Hyô confesses to Ushio and Tora, he is a demon and he promises, to teach Ushio a new fighting technique, because the big challenge is very close. After this story there is a little resumption of the adventures of Ushio and Tora, collected by a journalist, Katsumi Moriya, who seems to be very interested in our heroes…! |
