This poem is written by my brother in law telling about his rededication to the Lord. This came about, a time in his life when he and his wife had been separated, going through a very hard time. They both were involved in drugs and alcohol. He got to the point where he knew that he had to do something, so he went to the park to talk to the Lord. During his talk with the Lord, he was able to write a poem about himself, and when he finished he went to the Church to commit his life to Jesus. |

You have wanted my soul for a long time now. But before my God and Jesus you now will bow. You will never have a chance for my soul again. Because it was Jesus that today became my friend. You had my life in turmoil and distress. But it was my Lord that pulled me out to do my best. You had me believing that God would never take me back. Knowing all the time, that it was His love for me that could never lack. So get behind me Satan and you will see it begin. Me and my Lord tearing down the world you had me living in. It was times like yesterday I thought there would be no tomorrow. But with the help of my Lord, he took away all that sorrow. I know you needed me to strengthen your evil force. But my Gods love overruled your deadly course. So good bye Satan, I have no more time for you. The Lords work is something I would rather do. So leave me alone and you can tell your best. That it's no use, he has gone to join the rest. In the Kingdom of God is now where you'll find me. And I will be thanking the Lord for setting my soul free. Thank you Jesus!!!!!
