PLC (Patrol Leader's Conference)
These are minutes from the Patrol Leader's Conferences:

10/3/07
- Scouts may use money in their account for purchases of Scouting related equipment.  Scouts must submit reciepts to the Treasurer, and will only be reimbursed for Scouting related purchases, up to the amount in their account.
- Venture Crew members who are also Troop members are considered a Venture Patrol, and are represented by a Patrol Leader.

5/4/07
- Bridging Ceremony on May 19th for the 2nd Year Webelos from Pack 301.
- Albert is in charge of bulding the Monkey Bridge, and will need to make sure Scouts are comfortable tying knots.
- Senior Patrol leader must be at least First Class, and in good standing with the Scoutmaster.
- Any event that raises money for the troop or scout will be called a fundraiser, and those events that benefit the community will be called service projects.
- Individual patrol meetings for patrol campouts.
- Get a second Troop Guide
- Talk to Blake and Matt about starting a Varsity group in the troop.
- Next merit badges: Space Exploration and Citizenship in the World.
- We will wait until after Summer Camp to talk about required merit badges.
- Any money in a Scout's account will be returned to the troop if that individual leaves the troop. 
- Scout account money may be given to another scout.
- Scout account money can be used for things such as Uniforms, Camping (food, fees, supplies), Replacement of broken equipment, Projects.  Up to $20 can be used for Summer Camp cash.  It may not be used for junk food or personal supplies.


1/6/07
- Wisemen patrol consists of SPL, ASPL, Troop Guide, Instructor, Den Chief
- A member must attend at least 4 patrol meetings before he can hold an office.
- Boys must not be more than 2 months behind on dues.  Failure to comply will result in not being allowed to attend any Scouting activities.  If those dues are not paid in 3 months, and funds availble from the boy's fundraising account will be used toward dues.
- May 17th will be the bridging ceremony.  We will make a bridge if the church allows.
- June 11th-17th is Summer Camp on Mt. Lemmon.
- Ask Randy's mom to be fundraising chairperson.
- The PLC approved purchase of 3 tires, 1 rim, tables, popane tower, propane hose, kitchens for wisemen patrols and adults.
- Ask Andy to be quartermaster.
- Next meeting, Feb 4th, to discuss long term goals.

11/11/06
- Fund Raisers - Car wash, Rodeo Roundup, Christmas lights, Chicken Dinner
- Campouts - Mount Lemmon, Patagonia Lake, Kitt Peak, Picacho Peak
- Hikes - When snow falls in the Santa Ritas, a hike will be scheduled for the immediately following Saturday at 7am.
- Merit Badges - January - Personal Fitness, February - Personal Management,


11/9/06
- Winter Campout - Focus on Physical Fitness (sled races, most indestructible snow fort, capture the flag, hike, build snowless sleds, football.
- Elections will be moved so that leadership positions begin on April 1st and October 1st.  (December elections to be 9 month positions.)

January 2006
Fundraising - Any fundraising we do will be divided 80% to the participating boys for camp, etc, and the other 20% being assigned to the troop.
Fundraising ideas - Car Wash, Desert Diamond Grant, Pancake Breakfast, Yard Sale, Advertising on Trailer (1 yr),
Goals for Troop
   - Everyone should reach 1st class in one year.
   - Keep 1 required merit badge going all the time.

Patrol Goals:

- Rank Advancement - One rank/six months
- What to patrol members need to do to advance?
