Early bird fee (paid in full by April 1st - $180.00
Regular camper fee (paid in full by May 1st) - $ 190.00
Fee after May 1st - $200.00
Adult camp leader fee - $70.00
(one adult per 8 youth or a fraction there of attends FREE, Example: 9 campers would all two leaders free)
Financial Assistance - If Scout is requesting financial assistance, please complete the entire form and return to Troop Treasurer.

Cancellations: Site reservation fee is non-refundable
Youth campers deposit is non-refundable, but is transfeable to the 2010 summer camp season.
No other refunds will be given.
Scouts may be added pending Camp Director approval - based on available space.
Adult Fees - One leader is allowed at no cost for every 8 Scouts in camp. After that, $70.00 is charged for each additional leader. Keep in mind that Scouting's Youth Protection Policies require that at least 2 leaders be present at all times for all unit outings. Be sure to plan for any leader switches during the week and that they do not overlap appropriately.
Merit Badge Fees - Every Scout is expected to furnish all the material for merit badge work.
Merit badge pamphlets for all merit badges offered at camp are available the camp Trading Post while supplies last. Some merit badges (especially shooting sports and handicraft) require that Scouts purchase materials to demonstrate skills.
