Rules

You must have a site. This seems like a given, but you never know.
Personal/collective pages would be nice, but fan pages and online journals will work as well.
I don't mind hentai, but it would be most appreciated if your site had other things on it as well and there's nothing in extremely bad taste. (i.e. tentacle monsters and interspecies love scares me)
No illegle content. (that would include drugs, bomb-making, hacking, ect.)
No racism, homophobia, religious intolerance, or other hate speech of any kind.
You must have a nice and well thought out layout. By this I mean it's easy to navigate, looks nice, you don't use all caps everywhere, the text is easy to read, you don't use sTiCKy cAPs, and there isn't a loud annoying midi playing in the background. You don't have to be an html genius or anything.
Your layout must be original. Don't rip off people.
You must have CONTENT.
Sorry if it seems I'm being sexist on this, but you need to be a girl. I'm not too sure many guys would want to represent a female deity, anyway. (However, if anyone wants to make a sister/brother site to this for the guys, please contact me so we can link to each other. And if no one's interested, I will probably go ahead and make a section for Gods as well.)
You must have the code up.
You cannot pick more than one.
You cannot make up a goddess. (be warned that if I don't recognise a goddess name, I will look it up. So you can't claim the goddess Ddhurga worshiped by the Jdfrteigdians on the planet Kduhsgkui.)
