Te quiero, mi rubi rosa. After all of this time, things are still the same. You sit alone without a single care while I hide away and carry all the blame. Day in and day out I pray to be with you soon, and I thank you every midnight through the afternoon. ~ One day you'll see these poems and wonder if I was person you once knew. One day you'll see these poems and wonder if they were about you. ~ Maybe you'll never notice this because you didn't take long enough to stare. Maybe you won't understand it simply because you do not care. But I persevere and I dare to stand by your side and stay there. ~ Easy come and easy go just as the times of day. Easy come and easy go... why did you go away. ~ The light from your smile causes the pain in my eyes... they squint close. My opinion of you paving my ways to various forms of prose, but I'm sure that someone of your vast intelligence already knows... ~ Sooner or never you will realize my pain. Sooner or never we will be together again.
