| Education 1998-2002, Ph.D. degree in Plant protection/ Entomology, at the institute for plant diseases, department of entomology and plant protection, university of Bonn, Bonn, Germany. The Ph.D. research is entitled: "Biological and ecological studies on the polyphagous predatory bug Dicyphus tamaninii Wagner (Hetreoptera: Mirisae) as a natural enemy of the melon aphid Aphis gossypii Glover (Homoptera, Aphididae)". (see Ph.D. thesis as pdf file) The Ph.D. study was done with a full scholarship from the German academic exchange service (DAAD). 1994-1996, Masters of science in plant protection / entomology, with GPA 90.6% (first on class 1996). Faculty of agriculture, University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan. Magna cum laude. GPA obtained was so far the highest since the establishment of the department of plant protection, University of Jordan in 1974. The Master thesis is entitled: "Toxicities of several insecticides to the house fly Musca domestica L. from different regions in Jordan". (see Master's thesis, pdf ) The Master study had been done with a full scholarship from the German academic exchange service (DAAD). 1988-1992, Bachelor of Science in plant protection, with Excellent and first on class 1992. faculty of agriculture, University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan. Magna cum laude. GPA obtained was so far the highest since the establishment of the department of plant protection in 1974. 1988, General Secondary School Certificate (TAWJIHI), scientific orientation, with an average of 91.8%.
