vitamins and several other ingredients that help with the absorption of B5 and
fatty acid metabolism. The capsules are small and easy to take. I have not had
any of the negative side affects. Instead, my appetite is reduced, I have much

lost almost 7lbs. in three weeks with no changes to my diet and no exercise! I
