2 oz Brandy
1 oz dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Grenadine
2 dashes Bitter
Cherries
Combine in mixing glass with ice, mix and stir, pour into a rockglass and garnisch with cherries..

3 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Fill glass with ice, add Tequila & Orange Juice and stir. Pour gently Grenadine over the back of a spoon into glass and let it settle to the bottom.

Combine in mixing glass with ice, add grenadine to turn colour dark red, shake or stir, pour into large or small glasses, top up with proof rum, use a straw and start from the bottom, this way it starts calm, but gets stormy at the end!

2 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Mix all together with ice, shake or stir, pour into a high glass..
and decorate.
