Eclectus Parrots are dimorphic - meaning that the males and females are very different colors. This caused problems for the earliest breeders of the Eclectus. They put all these green birds together in the same cages (the UHJ probably would not have approved). But none of the birdies layed any eggs. Later, the breeders realized their mistake, much to the relief of the heterosexual members of the Eclectus community.
Mrs. Angst is USA born and bred and proud of it. She, of course, only has a "sane patriatism" not the bad unbridled kind. However, she does think that the ad she saw from National in today's paper (which she keeps at the bottom of her cage, of course) is just the usual AO pablum bull shit. She also thinks the ad is a thinly-disguised attempt to use the 11 September tragedies as an excuse by the AO to proslytize.
As far as she is concerned, the AO isn't even for the birds. |
