Gosh, what seemed to be an eternity, is finally here.
Well as you can see from the entry date, PLANET EDZA was offline for quite some time
and thus, was not able to update it as often as it should have been.
Well, with some time on my hands, I have updated some recepies
and have actually placed the ever popular and one of the dishes that give Guatemala that distinctful taste, thats right, "El Fiambre".
So go on and click on the recepies link, and check it out!! Enjoy

In other updates:
I have moved the web group "Saprissa_Guatemala" to Yahoo Spain.
Since it is a group for people who speak mainly Spanish, it will be better, and hopefully will get more people to visit it.
Pretty soon I will be adding some stuff there from Guatemala, like recepies that the club is famous for
and pictures, and links to other facinating parts in the web!!

One more Update:
Very soon the web page for the Sanchez y Zantizo houses (clans) will be posted up
and if you bear any of these last names, I would love to hear from you
and add your name and e-mail to a list I will soon post up.
Also if you know the history of your last name, geneological that is, then
I would enjoy sharing and swaping stories about it.
