1) Order our service through the simple order screen.
2) Fax your mortgage note at least 48 hours before your signing.
3) Include the closing details: closing date and time.
4) We will analyze your proposed note and provide a summary for you with some food for thought highlights.
5) You will receive your report 24 hours before your signing via email or fax copy. (You can request an overnight hardcopy but this will add 24 hours to the process.) Take this with you to verify that you do not get the dreaded “Bait and Switch”. Compare your Notes and rest assured that you have made an informed decision.
