AEROFIGHTERS ASSAULT Codes
Here are all the codes for the game you have selected
ALTERNATE PAINTJOB:
To choose your alternate paintjob in Main Game, Practice or Boss Attack mode, press the R button at the plane select screen. To select the alternate color in Death Match, hold the R button while selecting one of the four original planes.

BONUS LEVEL:
To get to the secret level, you must complete EVERY level, including the bonus levels. When you beat the Ice Cave with all other levels complete, you go to a new level -- The Moon. You will have no wingman support though.
BONUS PLANE:
At the "PRESS START" screen, press C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down.
EXTRA PLANES IN BATTLE MODE:
To earn six new jets, beat the first two stages to earn the MIG 25 and MIG 31, complete the third and fourth stages to earn the F-22 and KFR C2, and finish the game to earn the EFA and RAFALE. Good luck!
LADY PILOT IN F-15:
Enter this code at the title screen: C-Left, Down, C-Right, C-Up, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down.
LEVEL SELECT:
On the D-pad press Up, C-Down, Left, C-Right, Down, C-Up, Right, C-Left, Z, R, L. This will enable all levels to be played regardless of where you are in the game.
PLAY AS MAO MAO:
Wait for the words "Press Start Button" to appear on the tittle screen the press c-left, c-down, c-right, c-up. c-left, c-right, then c-down, at the "Pilot Select" screen you'll find a new character called Mao Mao who Pilots an F-15.
Note: you may have already gained access to Mao Mao if you continued more then three times in the Tokyo stage.
PLAY AS SPANKY:
To play as the hidden character called Spanky (whatta name!), complete all three of the bonus missions.
SUPER SHORTCUT:
here is a major shortcut hidden in the ice caves level (as the mission information indicates)! It is located behind the large downward bend near the beginning of the level. To reach it, fly down the cave until it gets wider.
When you reach a wide enough area, turn around. Continue back, fly through the gray bars, follow the tunnel, and you will reach the boss without having to fight your way through many enemies!
I also found that flying out of the cave entrance will get you shot down. You will then be placed back in the cave and seemingly not recieve any damage!
TAMAHAWK TRICK:
Choose the F-14 then start a new game. While flying, use your special, missile and chaff in that order. If you did it right you'll launch five Tomahawks and four heat-seeking explosives.
