VERY CLEAN, VERY FAST with repowered/rebuilt TWIN 260 HP Mercruisers.
In 2000 we had the engines and drives removed from the boat for complete professional rebuilds including manifolds and risers, and complete upgrade of electrical mains (over $10K in receipts). We have enjoyed cruising to Martha's Vineyard on this boat for several years...after our last run we had the boat professionally winterized and shrinkwrapped for layover. Boat has not been in the water since 2001 season because of a new addition to our family! However the engines have been started each spring, I/O's trimmed up/down, and all cables lubed - then re-winterized...she is definitely ready for the water this season!
+ Twin 260's (i..e 520HP) push easily at cruising speed of 33mph (at 3200rpm), top end is about 40mph around 4000rpm.

+ Electronics include 4 'isolated' batteries (1 starter battery for each engine, 2 dedicated house deep-cycle), Apelco/Raytheon Loran, Furuno GPS, Ray-Jefferson VHF with new antenna, new marine CD player /FM radio, new dual-bank bulk/trickle battery charger with isolators for 4 batteries.
+ Tanks hold 120 gallons of gasoline, 30 gallons of fresh water.
+ Head has stand-up shower, sink, porta-john with 6 gallon holding tank, Y-valve for pump-out/also with NEW mascerator.
+ Extras: Electric windlass, full teak/fiberglass swim platform, full camper canvas top - just restitched with new windows and zippers at the end of 2001 - cost $1000 and has NEVER SEEN SALT!
