  Something from the Board --
The Board has been looking for a way to recognize the excellence provided by the functionaries during our meetings, so we would like to try something new. Beginning the first Tuesday in May, instead of having one "Best Evaluator" ribbon award that includes best speech evaluators plus the Ah Counter, Grammarian, and Timer functionaries, Azteca will give a ribbon for "Best Speech Evaluator" and have a separate perpetual trophy for "Best Functionary." The functionaries eligible for the trophy will include the Ah counter, Timer, and Grammarian.

From the EVP - Norm Townsend

For those members working toward the ATM Silver and Gold, the club has purchased material to help reach your goals. We have a complete set of the "Better Speaker" series and the "Successful Club" series. These modules are about ten minutes in length which include overheads. Part of the ATM Silver and Gold requirement is to give at least two of the above modules. Please sign out for them as you use them, and be sure to bring them back! Thanks!

Be thinking about the District Spring Conference in San Diego on May 16, and the International Convention August 19 - 22 in Palm Desert. Lets all go! Party? We deserve it!
