interview
Tim
Schumann
Tim
walks out and grabs a mic. "This goes out to the leader of the Sons
of Sheetar.. Eric Swanson. We have a lot of history between us, it
seems more bad than good, but i am willing to make amends. What i
am not willing to acknowledge is that you are the SFWF U.S. Heavyweight
champion. As long as you have that belt, that belt that you won on
such compromising circumstances, we can never see eye to eye. So
for tonight, i am going to get my belt back. If you think you can
handle me, you show up tonight and hand over my belt. Now, on a side
note, i want to address something that our president Corey Vilhauer might
want to hear (a chorus of boos comes from the crowd). Vilhauer, a
couple weeks ago i told Eric that i was offered a great deal of money to
beat him, money that was actually yours. Now, i know who did the
dealing, and i am willing to reveal the culprit, but it will come at a
price. Monday, February 15th, the Monday after OYT: Executive Decision,
i will get a WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP title shot against whoever
holds the belt. This title shot comes in turn for the revealing of
the thief in the SFWF. We can talk about this more on Monday."
Rumpshaker Slim vs. Jared Rychtarik
R'shaker
came out to a roaring ovation, an ovation which was stifled when our jobber
friend Jared walked out. R'shaker took control early (imagine that)
and got him in the "readheaded stepchild", a submission move that nearly
made Jared submit. Jared broke out of it, bounced against the ropes,
and flew at R'shaker. He was caught. Rumpshaker piledrove him
into the ground, jumped on the ropes, and executed a Rumpshaker DEEEE-luxe
for the pin. While R'shaker walked to the back, Wyatt Ensz stepped
out and had a few words with R'shaker. R'shaker pushed him away,
and the two started brawling. Soon, Ryan Swanson and Big Fresh came
out and watched the two rumble with each other. Big Fresh grabbed
a chair and helped get involved by cracking it over the head of both of
them. While both lay downed, Big Fresh celebrated by holding R'shaker's
belt high over his head. This prompted Matt Miller, SFWF commisioner
(and participant in the next match) to talk to Big Fresh. He signed
a match for OYT this Thursday. Big Fresh vs. Rumpshaker Slim vs.
Wyatt Ensz for the SFWF Lightweight Championship.
Winner:
R'shaker
Matt Miller vs. Crispy (hardcore rules)
Miller,
who is already by the ring, grabs the timekeeper's bell and waits for Crispy.
Eventually, he places the bell down and starts back to the dressing room
to find him. Crispy crawls out from under the ring and grabs the
bell. Miller, hearing the cheering and turning around, gets smacked
by the bell. Cripsy attempts a pin...but Miller kicks out.
Miller jumps up and the two start brawling thier way to the dressing rooms.
Before they can make it back there, Tim Jewell walks out and hands Matt
Miller a chair. Miller swings at Crispy, misses, and falls down.
Crispy, seeing this opportunity, grabs the chair and starts hitting Miller
with it. After four chair shots to the head, Crispy pulls Miller
up and throws him into the ring. Miller slowly gets up, just in time
to be thrown outside again. Crispy is just toying with him.
Crispy puts him on the turnbuckle and tries for a superplex, but is kicked
off. Miller grabs his head... bulldog off the top turnbuckle.
Crispy starts to get up, but is kicked in the head by Miller and tied up
in the ropes. Miller grabs the timekeeper's HAMMER and smacks Crispy
in the head with it. Miller pins Crispy. Yay.
Winner:
Miller
Tracy Holmoe vs. Beka Reiser
Holmoe
jumped on Reiser and started beating her in the head. Reiser managed
to break out, but not before becoming very woozy. Eventually, the
match went back and forth until Reiser's arch-nemesis Breezy Bryant walked
out. Bryant distracted Reiser to the point where Holmoe was able
to grab her and fisherman suplex her for the win. Bryant, satisfied,
walked to the back.
Winner:
Holmoe

Owen
Haubert
Owen
walks out with Ian and "Mr. Russell". "Let me start out by saying
one thing about the state of this wrestling league. The SFWF is fucked.
We here in Press Your Luck have noticed how number one contenders are always
picked either through Vilhauer's sheer will or by a single match, usually
influenced in someway by Vilhauer's hand. This is exactly the type
of shit that has kept me from holding a singles belt for months.
In fact, the only reason we hold these tag belts is by our own intervention.
Well, Ian and i are sick of it. We were screwed out of title shots
at Exectutive Decision and we were screwed out of winning last week.
So for one last time, Vilhauer, I want a shot at Eric's U.S. belt tonight.
TONIGHT!!!" With this, Vilhauer walks out and speaks his word.
"Haubert, time and time again i have given you title shots and time after
time you screw them up. I can't afford to be giving out title shots
to every wrestling hack who thinks they are the best simply because they
held the U.S. belt once. Shit, owen, i can't even count the number
of times you have lost a title match i have given you. When i was
in PYL, you couldn't even keep the U.S. heavyweight belt, in fact, didn't
you lose it to Cody Schlenker? Well, since you are bitching about
PYL never getting shots, how about this. I guess we do consider Cody
a heavyweight and a lightweight, he straddles that line very nicely, so
tonight, Eric will face Tim Schumann AND Cody Schlenker for the U.S. belt.
Are you happy?" "Vilhauer, you know that every match i lose was because
of you." "No, Owen, i saved you from humiliation every time. You
had lost the match way before i ever showed up. Actually, you should
be thanking me. Well, Owen, i guess i'll be heading back now.
byebye!!!" "This isn't over Vilhauer!" Owen throws the mic
down and runs after Vilhauer.
Nichole Green vs. Bianka Groves
Green
starts out with a couple of strong moves, but is tripped by Laura Kumm,
who is at ringside. Groves takes advantage by throwing Green to the
ropes and pulling off a great hurricarana. Groves then tries to get
Green in a Chicken-wing submission (known to many of us as the "Norman
Conquest". Green breaks out and does a bunch of fancy moves, followed
by a figure four leglock. This move is called the STring Cheese,
and Groves gives up.
Winner:
Green
The Hauberts vs. The Sons of Sheetar
Owen,
teeming with rage, starts out on Jay Bethke, who spent the most time in
the ring on account of Eric's title defence later. Bethke finally
tagged Swanson in, who right away started pushing Owen back. Owen
tagged Ian just as Jason Hofer and Tim Jewell walk out. Ian looks
up and realizes Tim has showed up. Ian forgets the match and chases
after Jewell. Swanson turns around to find Hofer standing in front
of him with a chair. smack. that was the sound of the chair
hitting Eric's big head. Bethke jumped down to chase Hofer just as
Ian was making his way back to the ring, carrying a limp Tim Jewell.
Ian jumps back in the ring and pins Eric, and then both Owen and Ian start
kicking the shit out of Tim Jewell
Winner:
The Hauberts
Stepdaddy vs. "Mr. Russell"
Stepdaddy
came out to his cool music. Vilhauer followed close behind him, jsut
far away for Stepdaddy not to notice. When Vilhauer sat down near
the ring, "Mr. Russell" came out. Stepdaddy stuck it to "Mr. Russell"
right away. The two of them kept at it for a long time, and finally,
Russell got Stepdaddy up on the ropes for his super piledriver. Stepdaddy
somehow kicked out and Russell fell to the outside. He got up and
pulled a table out from under the ring. Throwing it in the ring,
he set it up in the corner. The ref held him back from using it,
and threw it back outside. Distracted Russell argued with the ref,
turned around, and was hit with a flying dropkick. This hit both
Russell and the ref. This is when Vilhauer acted. "Ladies and
gentlemen. I will give five thousand dollars to whoever comes out
here and beats the shit out of our downed Mr. Russell." As was expected,
Sam Larson was first to run out and attack Russell, and Vilhauer woke the
ref up. The ref looks up, sees Larson beating up Russell, and calls
for the bell. Russell is the winner by DQ. Stepdaddy walks
over to Larson, pushes him away, and starts yelling. Larson pushes
back, and Stepdaddy grabs him and Mocha Drops him. This causes Peterson
to run out and push Stepdaddy back. The two start to wrestle just
like a normal match, with Peterson gaining an upper hand. Stepdaddy
gets Peterson up for the Mocha Bomb, but Peterson pushes off and brings
Stepdaddy's head down on the mat. Stepdaddy looks to be in a lot
of pain, but Peterson keeps going on. Peterson pulls Stepdaddy up
and MeatGrinder Powerbombs him into the mat. Peterson leaves and
Vilhauer laughs. "Jim.. Hey Jim..." Peterson walks back out.
" I guess my plan worked, eh? The way it looks, you have no opponent
for this up coming payperview, and it looks like you get no belt shot!!
You probably shouldn't let you emotions take you over!!" Peterson
realizes this and runs after Vilhauer. Matt Miller pops out from
the back and grabs him. Vilhauer kicks him in the gut and DDT's him
on the ground.
winner:
"Mr. Russell" by DQ
Main Event
Eric
Swanson vs. Tim Schumann vs. Cody Schlenker
Swanson
starts out by going after Schumann with a fury matched by none. Schumann
gets beat back into the corner, where Schlenker pulls Swanson out and throws
him to the other corner. Schlenker sets Schumann up on the turnbuckle,
but is kicked back into Swanson by Schumann. Swanson grabs Schlenker
and throws him out of the ring. Schumann goes after Swanson.
The two fight with Schlenker waiting outside for an opening. Inside
the ring, Schumann gets Swanson down and applies a headlock. Swanson
slowly fades out and looks to be knocked out. This is when Schlenker
jumps back in. Schlenker and Schumann fight over who gets to pin
Swanson, and they start fighting. Swanson rolls to the floor while
Schumann throws Schlenker to the corner. Schlenker bounds out to
clothesline Schumann. Schlenker gets Schumann in a boston crab, which
Schumann cannot get out of. Over the loud speaker Shoots and Ladders
plays, and everyone gets up to cheer for the man who should be coming out..
ManKid. But instead, someone else comes out... It's Andy Torres...
no wait... ITS THE TORTILLA TERROR!!!!!! T.Terror runs into the ring
and starts distracting the referee. A rested Swanson gets back into
the ring and knocks Schlenker down and puts him in the Conjectivitus.
The ref turns around just as Schlenker is giving up. Swanson throws
him down and grabs his belt. T.Terror/Torres gets off of the ring
apron and turns to find Owen Haubert running at him. The two clash
and Swanson gets down to try and help. Schumann attacks Swanson and
puts HIM in the conjectivitus. Thats it. go home.
