Arms and Barre Work
* When you are at the barre always try to perfect your balance because when you move to the center you will need it.
* When you are at the barre work your techique and when your teacher corrects you take their advice because they are trying to help you become better.
* Always make your arms long and flowing, with the elbow bent slightly.
* Keep your shoulders down when you lift your arm.
* Make sure your fingers are relax and not tense. Make sure your thumb is tucked under.
