Jumps
* Before you go into your jump, make sure you have enough plie to help you get higher off the floor.
*  When you are off the floor and into your jump, make sure your feet and legs are straight.
* When you start to leave the floor push with your feet to make them pointe better.
* Make sure your arms are steady and not flopping around.
* When you come down, come down through your feet: Come down through the ball of your foot first and then put down your heel down. This will allow you to have a softer landing.
* When you land also make sure you land in a plie and with your body up straight and tall.
* Also make sure your knees are pressed back and that your knees are over your toes.
* Last but not least, when you jump look up. This will allow you to go up higher in the air.
